22 Oct 2007 Bunzl completes acquisition of Irish Merchants
Further to the announcement made on 5 September 2007, Bunzl plc today announces that it has completed the acquisition of DG Distributors and Vendors Limited, which trades as Irish Merchants, following clearance of the transaction by the Irish Competition Authority.
