As at 28 February 2010, Bunzl plc's capital consists of 351,768,253 ordinary shares with 
voting rights of which Bunzl plc holds 23,325,000 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore 
the total number of voting rights in Bunzl plc is 328,443,253. 
 
The figure of 328,443,253 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will be determined if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, Bunzl plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
