The latest date for scrip elections for the 2010 Interim dividend is 5.00pm (UK time) on 8 December 2010. Scrip elections can either be made on-line at www.investorcentre.co.uk or by telephoning our Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, on 0870 889 3257 to request a paper copy mandate form and the scrip terms and conditions. An announcement will be made through RNS on or shortly after 17 November 2010 confirming the price of the new ordinary Bunzl shares to be issued to participants in the scrip. Alternatively shareholders may telephone our Registrar on 0870 889 3257.
